All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays
There may be shipping delays due to unfortunate events on the shipping carrier's part. We are NOT responsible for any delays cause by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local shipping carrier for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAl shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Once you receive the email, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
