Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final!

Once a payment is processed, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Enjoy Happilie and to the buyer. 

Enjoy Happilie is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hours from the time the shipment tracking states that the package was delivered. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Enjoy Happilie is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the buyer. Please make sure to accuratley include your FULL address (house, apartment number, unit number, etc.).

Enjoy Happilie is not responsible for any injuries of ANY KIND.
